We’ve watched a lot together this year, my friends. 🥲
Some shows grabbed us by the heart and refused to let go.
Some made us yell at our screens.
Some snuck up on us and quietly claimed a permanent spot in our affections.
And a few… well. Let’s just say the Razzie exists for a reason. 👀
Here’s how the year shakes out, from my corner of dramaland — the masterpieces, the solid watches, the near-misses, and the ones that made me want my drama hours back. 😅
Before I dive into my picks, a huge thank you to all our EOY contributors this year… you gave our yearly wrap-up so much texture and personality. 😘
It’s that time of year again — when we take a deep breath, look back on our 2025 drama adventures, and realize… wow, we really did have a lot of feelings™. 😂
Welcome to this year’s End-of-Year Patreon Awards! This tradition began years ago with a casual suggestion in our chat corner, and it’s since grown into one of the warmest, most spirited things we do together. 🥲
Each entry is written by a member of our lovely Patreon community, sharing their drama year in their own voice — with heart, humor, honesty, and plenty of feels.
The more I get to know j3ffc, the more I’m impressed with how talented and creative he is (don’t let his self-deprecating humor fool you! 😁).
I’ve also realized that one of the big reasons he keeps blowing me away with his hidden talents is that he’s a great learner. If he’s curious about something, he pursues it and figures out whatever he needs to know along the way — and we get to benefit from the sidelines. 😁
Thanks for sharing your adventures with us, j3ffc! ❤️
If you like j3ffc’s style and want to know what he thought about dramas last year, you can check out his post here!
ALSO. If you haven’t yet seen j3ffc’s amazing dream drama “Dark,” you can check it out here!

Today, ABV is sharing his drama year – and if you know ABV at all, you’d be able to guess that it’s a monster post as usual. 😁
For the uninitiated, let me just tell you that ABV is a full-on time-bender.
He manages to watch a literal ton of dramas, despite having a full-time job and other interests – AND while getting a reported full 7 hours of sleep every night! I have no idea how he does it, but I’m glad we get to benefit from his drama adventures, in the form of this EOY post. 😁

Today, Diasporic Chick is sharing her drama year
Diasporic Chick’s been a part of our little Patreon community for several years now, but rarely has time to hang out with us, due to her hectic schedule.
And so, just like in previous years, this EOY post feels like a nice chance to catch up with what’s been going on with her. 🥰
Thanks Diasporic Chick, for taking the time to share your drama year! 😘

Today, MC is sharing her drama year — and it’s especially impressive given how full her schedule has been this year.
One thing I’ve realized is that MC and I have very similar drama sensibilities, except that she’s also often drawn to thrillers (something I venture into less often 😁). So if your taste tends to overlap with mine, there’s a good chance you’ll find plenty here to resonate with.
If you like MC’s style and want to know what she thought about dramas last year, you can check out her post here!
And if you’re curious about something a little different, MC also wrote about her trip to Korea — a trip she took while still recovering from a broken toe, no less! 😱 You can read that here.

Today, Ele is sharing her drama year – and if you know Ele at all, you probably wouldn’t be surprised in the least, that her drama year was largely centered around her one and only Liu Yu Ning! 🤭
I giggled a lot, reading this piece about her year in Liu Yu Ning, and I’m pretty sure you all would have fun with it too! 😁

Today, Kumari is taking the stage, and I can’t wait for you to read what she’s put together.
Kumari might be a little newer to our Patreon community, but it already feels like she’s been one of us forever.
I love Kumari’s brightness and enthusiasm, and I also love how expressive she is in her writing. I hope you enjoy her EOY post as much as I did!

Welcome to this year’s End-Of-Year Patreon Year-End Awards!
This whole thing started years ago when Shahz casually said, “Hey, let’s share our drama years in the chat corner!” — and instead of devolving into complete chaos (as I secretly feared), it blossomed into one of the loveliest traditions we have. 🥲
Now you guys keep notes all year, plan your categories, and even tease your upcoming EOY posts months in advance (!!). My heart. 😭💛
I’m so excited to kick off this year’s series. You guys always bring such heart, humor, honesty, and community spirit – and I can’t wait for everyone to read what you’ve lovingly put together.
As before, we’ll be seeing up to 2 guest posts per week, and this will unfold into January 2025, and my annual year-in-review will come out in early 2026, after all the guest posts have been published. This way, by putting all our experiences together, we get a more wholistic view of Dramaland in 2025. Pretty great, yes? 🤩
Today, I’m pleased to announce that Natalia’s kicking things off for us, in sharing her drama year!
If you’ve read Natalia before, you might already know that she’s super forthright and makes acerbic wit look extremely effortless, while often being laugh-out-loud funny.
I had a great time reading her EOY entry this year, and I’m sure you will too!

Happy 13th birthday to my little bloggie.. You’re officially – gasp! – a teenager now! 😱👀
Today marks 13 whole years since I nervously hit “publish” on my very first post – and honestly, I’m still a little stunned that we’re all here, hanging out, flailing over dramas, and having feelings™ together, all these years later.
Every comment, every DM, every “I watched this because of you” – it all means more than I can say. 🥲
Thank you for being here, whether you’ve been with me from the very beginning when I was a brand new blogger who could barely figure out what she was doing, or you just wandered in recently because a certain drama just grabbed you by the heart. 💛
We’ve got one more EOY to wrap up the drama year that was 2024 – surprise? 😁
Trent‘s EOY would have come out earlier, but he came down with a nasty bug while writing, that put him out of action for a bit.
I’m so glad that he decided to finish writing his EOY, nonetheless, and here it is! YAY! 🥳
I’ve said this before, but Trent and I often agree on dramas (though he definitely has a greater appetite and endurance for darker, bloodier fare 😅), so reading his post definitely makes me want to add to my never-ending list of shows that I would be interested to check out.
Trent also writes about dramas on his own blog, which you can visit here.
Thanks Trent, for taking the time to write this post! 😘
