THE SHORT VERDICT:
Show might look like simple quirky fun on the surface, but under the hood, there’s a great deal of confidence, creativity and deftness that I find truly impressive.
To make things even better, our characters are all very well-cast, in my opinion. Each actor feels well-suited to their role, and they even play off well against one another. That’s no small deal, particularly in an ensemble cast.
I found myself growing extremely fond of these absurd characters, even as I stayed entertained and engaged, all the way to the very end.
Altogether absolutely delightful, and I would heartily recommend. ❤️
